At HookPoint Provisions LLC, we take pride in getting your gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because we work with a variety of trusted wholesalers and distribution partners, shipping times and origins may vary slightly by product. We appreciate your patience as we fulfill your order with care and accuracy.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Items may ship separately depending on availability and supplier location. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another notification once your item has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with multiple carriers (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to provide reliable delivery options throughout the United States. The carrier and method used will depend on the item, warehouse location, and delivery address.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment. If your order includes multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers as each package ships.
Free Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on most orders totaling $150 or more (before taxes and after discounts). This applies to eligible products shipping within the continental United States.
Important: Certain oversized, heavy, or specialty items may not qualify for free shipping. Products that are excluded will be clearly marked on their respective product pages. In these cases, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Delayed or Missing Shipments
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, supplier backorders, or weather conditions. We will do everything possible to keep you informed and updated on your order status. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of shipment, please contact us.
