Refund and Returns Policy

At HookPoint Provisions LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to make sure every order arrives just as expected. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
To start a return, please contact us at returns@hookpointusa.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

Please note:

We do not accept returns on used products, clearance items, gift cards, or special-order items.
Returns received without authorization may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We’re happy to help.
Contact us at returns@hookpointusa.com and we’ll reserve your replacement product, if available.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of what’s wrong.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Your Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until your refund is processed.
